Amy Hart looked nothing short of sensational on Monday as she shared a body positivity message to ‘be proud’.
The Love Island star, 30, who welcomed her son Stanley with her beau Sam Rason in March, admitted ‘retraining’ her brain to love her post-baby body was not ‘in the pamphlet’.
But as she posed up a storm in a busty orange bikini, she told fans she found it extremely ‘liberating’.
Amy looked gorgeous in the orange number which featured a plunging top and high-waisted bottoms.
The set also featured a ruffled hem and a subtle striped pattern.
Showcasing her beautiful curves, she opted for a subtle palette of make up including an orange eyeshadow and swipe of pink lipstick.
She wore her blonde locks down and added a pair of chic sunglasses to her look as she posed for the camera poolside.
Captioning the post, Amy shared an extremely poignant message, encouraging fans to follow her tune.
She penned: ‘Retraining your entire brain to love your PP body was NOT in the pamphlet. But we move.
‘Lots of you message me saying you’ve had a baby and you’re too scared to wear a bikini this year….but if I can, you can!!
‘Do it and be proud of your body! It did an amazing thing!’
Taking to her Instagram Story after sharing the snaps, Amy joked: ‘Ripping the band-aid off!’.
She then added: For lots of you messaging me… You honestly do not have time to worry about what you look like.
‘I found it quite liberating. Evening clothes I struggle with more. But in a bikini I was like ‘this is me!”
Fans were quick to praise the star for her honestly.
Rushing to the comments, one fan wrote: ‘You look amazing.’
Another said: ‘Sorry, but you look AMAZING. NO IFs OR BUTs – AMAZING-End of.’
And a third added: ‘This is so important. I’m soon to have my baby and the fear I feel about loving my pp body is unreal!
‘But seeing posts like this really remind me that I can love my pp body too!’
A fourth said: ‘I don’t think ppl understand the toll that pregnancy takes on your body. You’re body has just done the most amazing thing. Be kind and gentle to yourself afterwards.’
It comes after Amy admitted she was ‘down all the time’ about her post-baby figure as she tried on bikinis via her Instagram last week.
The Love Island star admitted she was finding it much ‘harder’ to love her body since giving birth while bemoaning her ‘cellulite’.
Sharing a selfie with her 1.1million followers, Amy posed in a black bikini as she revealed she was holding herself ‘accountable’.
The star looked stunning in the black two-piece, which featured a bandeau top and matching high rise bottoms.
She could be seen in her hotel room with her blonde locks down and a gorgeous makeup-free face.
Speaking behind the camera, she said: ‘Okay bikini number one of the holiday.
‘See, I’m just holding myself accountable by posting. Like I have to post my bikinis on. So you know I do that if I want to feel better.
‘Anyway bikini number one of the holiday. Today is just like a bit of a…’
Getting distracted, she added: ‘This light is not great on my cellulite.’
Moving on, she continued: ‘So today we’re doing a bit of a scouting around day so finding out where we get towels from and where are the best place to sit is.
‘Just you know what the best bottled water is for making formula is. So yeah.’
Later in the day, Amy returned to her social media to give fans an update on her post.
She began: ‘In regards to my bikini post this morning – thank you for all your lovely messages. I didn’t do it so people are like “Oh no you look amazing!”
‘I do it and I’ve done this my whole life is because if I say the negative thing first, then if anyone else does it they’re just agreeing with me, they’re not being nasty. Like they don’t have that ownership and say “Oh I was really nasty to her”.
‘Like because I’ve already said it. So if I’ve said it then it’s OK, hun. Like yesterday when I put that video up and said “oh I’m not Instagrammable” Sam, actually sent me like these eyes.
‘And it must be really hard going out with someone who is so like down all the time about their body.
‘But I loved my body when I was pregnant. I literally was in love with my belly. I wore spandex exclusively for nine months. It’s just a bit harder now. But yeah, I’ll try and be less negative.’
