Creating the strongest Diablo 4 build will require more than reaching the level cap or earning the game’s rarest items. Increasing your renown and finding all Altars of Lilith are both key to maximizing your character’s skill points and core attributes. While increasing your renown is mostly straightforward, some Altars of Lilith can be tricky to track down.
Fortunately, most of Scosglen’s altars are found in small crevices or predictable locations. As long as you own a horse, getting all altars shouldn’t take much time at all. This guide will showcase where to find all 34 Altars of Lilith in Scosglen, complete with map references and directions for each altar. We’ll also showcase the bonuses you can expect to receive from uncovering each altar.

Scosglen has 34 Altars of Lilith in total. You’ll typically find three Altars in each subsection of Scosglen, excluding Northshore and Highland Wilds which have four and six altars, respectively. Each Stronghold in the province also contains one Altar of Lilith. Nearly every altar in this region is hiding on the very edge of the province, typically hiding behind foliage. If you head to an Altar location and can’t see it, keep your eyes peeled for a red glow.

Deep Forest Altar Locations
The Deep Forest contains three Altars of Lilith:
- +2 Dexterity: Found on the western edge of the region within a tunnel.
- +2 Intelligence: On the southeast corner, right before you enter the Westering Lowlands.
- +2 Dexterity: Just outside the Stronghold entrance on the north side.

Westering Lowlands Altar Locations
You’ll find three Altars of Lilith in the Westering Lowlands. All three are fairly easy to reach if you own a horse.
- +2 Willpower: On the western corner of the Westering Lowlands subregion.
- +2 Willpower: On the southern edge of the zone, located on a path that leads to the Demon’s Wake and Broken Bulwark dungeons.
- +2 Dexterity: Use the west exit in Firebreak Manor and head northwest. You’ll find a large patch of trees. Head to the southern end of the tree cluster to find the statue.

The Emerald Chase Altar Locations
Three Altars of Lilith can be found in the Emerald Chase, most of which are fairly easy to reach if you have the Cerrigar town waypoint.
- +2 Strength: Found on the southern corner of the subregion.
- +2 Intelligence: Located on the same path as the Stockade dungeon. Head west on this road until you find the statue.
- +2 Dexterity: Found on the northwest corner of the Emerald Chase.

The Downs Altar Locations
There are three altars in the Downs area.
- +2 Dexterity: Found in the southwest corner of the zone, west of the Sarat’s Lair dungeon entrance.
- +2 Dexterity: Found close to the center of the zone. On the center road, head south slightly to find the altar.
- +2 Strength: Head to the northeast corner of the Downs. The altar will be next to the Oldstones dungeon entrance.

Highland Wilds Altar Locations
Six Altars of Lilith can be found in the Highland Wilds.
- +2 Strength: Found in the western corner of the zone.
- +2 Intelligence: Head to the southern edge of the zone. You’ll find it in a crevice on the right side of the intersection leading up to the Maddux Watch dungeon.
- +2 Dexterity: Found directly east of the Under the Fat Goose Inn. It’s located in a crevice to the left of the road.
- +2 Willpower: Found close to the center of the zone. Reach the Hive dungeon and head slightly east to find it.
- +2 Strength: Reach the northeast corner of the Highland Wilds, found just east of the path that leads to the Shrouded Moors.
- +2 Strength: On the eastern edge of the zone, located beside the Whispering Pines dungeon entrance.

The Shrouded Moors Altar Locations
You’ll find three Altars of Lilith within the Shrouded Moors.
- +2 Intelligence: Found in the southeast portion of the zone. From the path that leads to Highland Wilds, head east and look for a crevice in the southern part of the road.
- +2 Willpower: From the last statue, head north and look for a statue overlooking the gore-infested forest on a ledge.
- +2 Strength: Fast travel to Tirmair and follow the northern road. Head west as soon as you can. You’ll find the statue in a crevice just before the road forks.

Strand Altar Locations
Strand has three Altars of Lilith for you to find.
- +2 Willpower: Found southwest of Corbach. The statue is in a small crevice in the middle of that area, directly in between the Domhainne Tunnels and Luban’s Rest dungeon entrances.
- +2 Strength: Found on the northern tip of the zone, overlooking the shoreline.
- +2 Willpower: Located on the eastern edge of the zone. From the path that leads to the Moordaine Lodge Stronghold, head north just before reaching the Stronghold to find the altar.

Wailing Hills Altar Locations
As with most Scosglen regions, there are three Altars of Lilith to find here.
- +2 Willpower: Found on the southern edge of the region, located right next to the Raethwind Wilds dungeon entrance.
- +2 Strength: Located on the eastern quadrant of the region. It’s northeast of Braestaig and southwest of the Vault of the Forsaken dungeon. As with most statues, this one is in a small crevice.
- +2 Intelligence: Travel to the northern portion of the Wailing Hills. This statue is found in a crevice just before you take the winding road to the apex of the hill.

Northshore Altar Locations
Excluding the Stronghold, you’ll find four Altars of Lilith while in the Northshore subregion.
- +2 Dexterity: Travel directly south from Marowen. It’s found slightly northeast of the road that leads to the Deep Forest.
- +2 Intelligence: Located near the center of the subregion. From Calibel’s Mine, travel southwest until you find a moderately-sized cluster of trees. The altar is hiding among the tree trunks in the northern portion of the cluster.
- +2 Strength: Travel to the eastern edge of the Northshore and explore the shoreline. It’s northeast of the Sunken Ruins dungeon entrance.
- +2 Dexterity: You’ll find this altar up north beside the shoreline. It’ll be hiding behind some rocks adjacent to a massive ribcage jutting out of the ground.

Stronghold Altar Locations
Scosglen features three Strongholds, each with one Altar of Lilith to find: Hope’s Light, Tur Dulra, and Moordaine Lodge. You must clear the Stronghold before the Altar of Lilith will spawn.
- Hope’s Light (+2 Strength): Found on a small island east of the lighthouse. From the wrecked ship, look for a hidden area east of the wreckage to find the altar.
- Tur Dulra (+2 Intelligence): From the waypoint, run down the winding staircase northeast of spawn. When the path diverges, head right and look for a hidden gap to jump across.
- Moordaine Lodge (+2 Willpower): Run to the northwest Stronghold. You’ll find a hidden wall you can climb to reach the altar.
