The inaugural Hazy Dayz will be held on September 16th, promising to be an unforgettable day of craft beer, delicious food and live music from some of Australia’s most beloved festival artists, including: The Beautiful Girls, Lisa Mitchell and Bob Evans.
Not only will the festival be bringing acclaimed Australian artists to Lismore but it will promote local bands and musicians, showcasing the talent that exists within the community to people from around Australia. “We’re passionate about supporting locals, and we’re looking to engage our local community as much as we can.” says Elsley.
The event will be showcasing some of the regions and Australia’s finest craft beers, including Lismore’s own Two Mates Brewing. It will also offer an incredible selection of food stalls that give attendees a taste of the Northern Rivers.
“We’re stoked to be bringing Hazy Dayz to Lismore,” says event organiser John Elsley. “We’ve worked hard to create a festival that celebrates everything that’s great about the Northern Rivers region – from the amazing people and produce, to the incredible local food and music scene.”
The festival is set to be a highlight of the 2023 events calendar, with tickets expected to sell out fast. “We can’t wait to welcome people to Hazy Dayz,” says Elsley. “It’s going to be an amazing event and one we hope will become a regular on the festival calendar, bringing new visitors and life to the region.”
