A woman in her 60s suffered a broken nose in a horror attack on a bus travelling through East London. Met Police officers are appealing for the public’s help to identify two women following the unprovoked assault in Newham.
At around 5.20pm on Sunday, May 28, the woman was travelling on a route 108 bus when she was assaulted by two other women who poured a drink over her, before pushing her to the ground and repeatedly kicking her.
The victim suffered a broken nose, and she was taken to hospital for treatment. The women got off the bus near Bow Church.

Detectives from the Met’s Roads and Transport Policing Command have carried out a number of enquiries and are now appealing for the public’s help to trace two women who were seen on CCTV onboard the bus.
