Defender Sam Frost is among four additions to Hawthorn’s squad as it prepares to travel to the Gold Coast to face the Suns this Sunday.
Frost has taken the last fortnight to overcome a minor foot complaint, after missing the Round 13 clash against Brisbane before the bye.
Fellow defender Denver Grainger-Barras has also been recalled into the squad, selected alongside Fergus Greene and Finn Maginness on the extended bench.
Frost’s return would be valuable one for the young Hawks, with Captain James Sicily ruled out due to suspension.
Sicily’s three-week ban makes him eligible to return in Round 18, after the club was unsuccessful in its bid to appeal the penalty.
The Hawks edged out the Suns by seven points in their most recent encounter down in Tasmania in Round 21 last season.
Hawthorn will reveal its Round 15 team on Friday at 5pm on www.hawthornfc.com.au and across its Instagram, Twitter and Facebook.
