A FORMULA ONE legend has revealed that the ‘most moving moment of sport’ in his lifetime was at the hands of Celtic.
Eddie Jordan founded Jordan Grand Prix in 1991 and was the owner of a Grand Prix team for 14 years.
He was involved in motor sport during some of the best years in the sport’s history.
But he has revealed that the best moment he has ever witnessed in sport came after a Celtic game.
Speaking to retired Formula One driver David Coulthard on his Formula For Success podcast, he admitted that Celtic’s famous 2-1 victory over Barcelona in 2012 was ‘magical.’
Asked if he was once a shareholder in the club, he said: “I still am. Only much more minor than I was then.

“Probably the most moving moment of sport in my lifetime is a Champions League game. Celtic beat Barcelona in Parkhead.
“The night train, an all-nighter night from Glasgow back to London, it was the craziest journey I think I’ve ever been on in my life.
“You can imagine what the Scots are like after something like that.
“But to beat Barcelona, it was magical. I’ve never forgotten it.
“My son says he will bring it to his grave because it was just the most electric moment and memory that he’s ever had.”
The historic win came during Celtic’s 125th anniversary season and remains one of the best results in the club’s long and rich history.
A Victor Wanyama header and a neat finish from a then 18 year old Tony Watt was enough to clinch the win for the Hoops.
Lionel Messi’s late goal proved to be a consolation as he finally got the better of Fraser Forster who was nicknamed ‘La Gran Muralla’ meaning ‘The Great Wall’ by Catalan media following the game.
Celtic made it to the last 16 of The Champions League following the result while Xavi, Iniesta and co progressed to the semi final when they were eventually put out by Bayern Munich.
