To all duly enrolled Democrat voters residing in the Town of Rensselaerville, Albany County, New York:
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to the Election Law of the State of New York and the rules of the Albany County Democratic Committee, a Democratic Party Caucus for the Town of Rensselaerville will be held on Friday, June 30, 2023, at 7:00 pm, at the Rensselaerville Volunteer Fire Company, 4990 Delaware Turnpike, Rensselaerville, New York. All duly enrolled Democrats in the Town of Rensselaerville are eligible to vote at the caucus and invited

Albany Pine Bush Preserve Commission releases DRAFT Fire Management Plan Update for public comment.
ALBANY NY – The Albany Pine Bush Preserve Commission (APBPC) has prepared a draft Fire Management Plan Update for the Albany Pine Bush Preserve (FMP). The FMP and a white paper detailing the APBPC’s review, are available at the APBPC website, www.AlbanyPineBush.org/ourwork, and at the Discovery Center at 195 New Karner Road, Albany, NY. A public information meeting will be held July 18, from 7 – 9 PM at the Discovery Center, 195 New Karner Road. Resolution for Permissive Referendum
WHEREAS, pursuant to General Municipal Law §6-g, the Fort Hunter Fire District, Town of Guilderland, County of Albany, State of New York did establish the “Equipment Reserve Fund”, a Capital Reserve Fund to finance the cost of acquisition of firefighting equipment for the Fort Hunter Fire District.
WHEREAS, the Fort Hunter Fire District has authorized the purchase of E-Tools Rescue Equipment for service to the Fort Hunter Fire District
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Fort Hunter Fire District is hereby authorized to expend up to from the Equipment Reserve Fund an amount not to exceed $80,000.00 for the purchase the Rescue E-Tools, and
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution and this expenditure is subject to a permissive referendum
