Leedwell has announced the sale of two development sites at 50-64 Mirage Road, Direk and 23-45 Stock Road, Cavan.
It says vacant land zoned for employment land uses are hard to find in Adelaide and are in high demand as soon as they become available on the market, as was the case with the Direk site.
The site measures 40,000 sqm and is one of the last remaining sites of reasonable scale within the Vicinity Industrial Base precinct.
The land which became excess to its owner, GTS Freight’s needs was promoted through an on-market campaign and generated more than 80 enquiries while attracting multiple offers.

The site is surrounded by numerous cold storage and logistics operators, who all take advantage of the central location and efficiency to travel to all parts of metropolitan Adelaide.
Developers have acquired both sites. They have a strong track record of creating new estates filled with modern, state-of-the-art industrial buildings.
Leedwell is now sourcing tenants for premium grade industrial accommodation ranging from 3000 sqm to 20,000 sqm.
