WHAT HAPPENED
* A charter bus carrying 35 passengers rolled onto its side at Greta in the NSW Hunter Valley region about 11.30pm on Sunday
* The crash happened at a roundabout on Wine Country Drive near the Hunter Expressway off-ramp
* The 2009 Volvo B7R rolled about 17 minutes into the journey
* The bus was returning guests from a wedding reception at Wandin Estate winery in Lovedale to Singleton
* The bus was owned by Linq which provides school bus and event charters
WHO WAS INVOLVED
* Nine people died at the scene and the 10th died on the way to hospital
* Victims are aged from their 20s to their 60s
* Thirty-five people were taken to four hospitals
* Fourteen remain in hospital, two in ICU
* The bride and groom of the wedding guests involved in the crash are Mitchell Gaffney and Madeleine Edsell, stalwarts of the Singleton Roosters Aussie rules football team
THE DRIVER
* Brett Button, 58, is charged with 10 counts of dangerous driving occasioning death and a backup charge alleging negligence
* He was bailed from Cessnock Local Court
* Police say the bus was going too fast to negotiate the roundabout, causing it to crash
