Beaufort Street’s American BBQ game has just received a serious level-up with the opening of Ribs Lane from some east coast heavy-hitters.
Combining American BBQ, Greek eats and French crepes, Ribs Lane can be found across the road from the Astor Theatre.
Featuring a mouthwatering menu of wagyu beef burgers, wicked wings, fall-off-the-bone meats and maniacal milkshakes, it’s headed up by Head Chef Jane Garcia (Urban Purveyor Group, ALEX&Co. Parramatta, Candelori’s).
Ribs Lane has one eye on becoming the perfect pre-gig spot before shows at the Astor Theatre, along with being a very welcome addition to Perth’s late night eats scene, opening til 4am on weekends!
The fit-out brings a moody take on American-style diners, with vibrant graffiti artwork courtesy of Perth is OK! pal @artbyrow and retro booths lining the room.
“We are thrilled to bring Ribs Lane to Perth,” says co-owner and hospitality veteran Kathy Criniti (Criniti’s). “Our goal is to delight our patrons with exceptional flavours, warm hospitality, and an ambiance that transports them to a vibrant and energetic urban dining scene…
“Every detail has been carefully crafted to deliver an unforgettable and immersive dining adventure.”
Ribs Lane is now open at 664 Beaufort Street, Mount Lawley – follow them on Instagram.
