The new CEO of TD Global Finance in Dublin, Enda Kilcullen, has recently taken up his appointed role.
Originally from Ballina, Enda returned to his native Ireland after working for ten years in Singapore where he was Regional Head of Trading for Asia Pacific with TD Securities. While there, Enda helped develop the TD Securities South-East Asia subsidiary and successfully established a profitable equity derivatives business. More recently, he led the development of the markets business in Singapore as its Regional Head of Trading.
Enda will succeed Kevin Ahern who led the business in Ireland since 2012. Kevin was instrumental in establishing and solidifying key European relations for TDS and also led the transformation of the Dublin office, including a successful licensing acquisition process in the wake of Brexit. Kevin will continue to support the TDS business as Managing Director, Projects and Initiatives.
TDS is a fully licensed broker-dealer, regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland, and currently employs over 180 people at its Molesworth Street headquarters in Dublin. Since the UK’s exit from the EU, TDS is the primary entity used by TD Securities for conducting permitted wholesale banking business activities for clients in the EU, which is a core market to the firm’s strategy.
