A teenage boy is in critical condition in hospital after being allegedly stabbed during a brawl in Sydney’s north.
Police were called to a park in Herring Rd, Macquarie Park, on Sunday evening following reports of a brawl.
On arrival, a 14-year-old boy was found suffering a stab wound at a nearby railway station.

He was taken to hospital in a critical condition.
“It’s alleged the injured boy was involved in a fight with a group of teens at the park before fleeing to the railway station where he was allegedly stabbed by one of the teens,” NSW Police said.
A crime scene was established at the park and the train station and an investigation commenced into the circumstances surrounding the incident.
Five boys were later arrested at Cherrybrook Train Station.
Two boys — aged 13 and 15 — were charged with affray and possess prohibited drug and granted conditional bail to appear before Surry Hills Children’s Court on June 26.
The 14-year-old and two 17-year-old boys were charged with affray and granted conditional bail to appear before the same court on the same day.
