ALBANY — Tristin Van Ord of Boone, N.C., won the 45th Freihofer’s Run for Women on Saturday in a time of 15 minutes, 54 seconds.
She was followed by Jessie Cardin of Sutton, Mass., in second in 16:00, closely followed in third by Anne-Marie Blaney of Ocala, Fla., in 16:02.
