- HEO 8 Starting Base salary of $111,966 + 17% Superannuation
About the opportunity
Reporting to the General Manager in the School of Architecture, Planning and Design, you will provide high-level executive and project support to the Dean and General Manager. You will work on a range of projects in support of strategy, development and delivery. You’ll manage correspondence, reporting and communications, and will help implement strategies to support the achievement of the School’s strategic and operational objectives.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
- collaborate with other professional and academic staff within the School of Architecture, Planning and Design leadership team
- provide executive support to the School Dean including preparation of correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents
- conduct research, assembling and analysing data to prepare reports and papers
- co-ordinate project-based work, including accreditation reporting and curriculum review, as directed by the Head of School and General Manager
- arrange, coordinate and drive action items from School meetings, committees and events
- undertake ad-hoc projects and other activities as required in the role.

- experience in a high-level research/ policy/ executive reporting support role in a university or similarly large, complex organisation
- experience of governance requirements and administrative decision-making in a complex environment
- experience in working autonomously to complete research exercises and other tasks
- experience preparing and presenting information, including strategic papers and reports.
