Connexion II comprises three speculatively built units, developed by IM Properties on behalf of landlord Frasers Logistics & Commercial Trust. The scheme reached practical completion in February.
Property agencies Savills and CBRE acted on behalf of Frasers Logistics & Commercial Trust.
Daniel Rudd, associate in the Birmingham industrial and logistics team at Savills, said: “This is the ideal place for these occupiers as they seek to enhance their local operations.
“Given the ongoing lack of supply across the region, it comes as no surprise that the whole scheme had strong early interest and pre-lets have been achieved on two of the units with the final unit completing shortly after practical completion.”
