Step into the past to shop for unique antiques and fun vintage items at the Eden Prairie Historical Society’s twice-yearly Farmhouse Market & Vintage Sale.
The sale, which features everything from vintage art, books, and linens, to toys, clothing, and cast iron pans, also benefits The PROP Shop of Eden Prairie. The PROP Shop currently helps 750 families in Eden Prairie and Chanhassen who need support.
The sale is taking place Friday and Saturday at the Cummins-Phipps-Grill House, 13600 Pioneer Trail, Eden Prairie. Hours are Friday, May 12, from noon-7 p.m. and Saturday, May 13, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Admission is free, and paying cash for items is recommended.
Members of the Eden Prairie Historical Society will be on hand to give tours of the home, which is on the National Register of Historic Places. Visitors will be able to explore the recently restored upstairs of the home and see the freshly painted kitchen and newly restored floors.

“We look at this event as a win-win, because we’re providing the PROP Shop an opportunity to sell things that are vintage and antique, and all the proceeds go to them,” said Kathie Case, president of the Eden Prairie Historical Society.
“It also allows us to open up the doors and have the community come in, take a tour, and see all the renovations we’ve done on the house, and learn more about our history in Eden Prairie,” she said.
