The enormous five-bedroom, five-bathroom luxury pad, situated in the much sought after suburb of Vaucluse, was bought by an unnamed local family, reports Domain.
The multi-level house was originally intended to go under the hammer on June 15, after being listed for $14million.
The couple now stand to make a tidy profit on the sprawling harbourside spread after purchasing it in 2018 for $6.5million.
It comes after the pair made extensive renovations to the property, which they shared with their two kids, Pixie, 11, and Hunter, eight.
