ASHEVILLE, N.C. — Asheville is known worldwide for being home to America’s largest privately-owned home. But while the Biltmore House isn’t for sale, another extravagant estate has hit the market, and it can be yours for $34 million.
Deerhaven Gardens Estate, built in 2010, is a 14,000-square-foot mansion about five miles from the city, ABC affiliate WLOS reported. It features private hiking trails, 50-mile views, an outdoor kitchen and entertainment area for 100, a Zen spa, and an infinity pool.

A spokesperson for the estate said the home comes fully furnished and is move-in ready.

The owners’ asking price for the property is $34 million, but said the price can be negotiated.
