The Princess of Wales was the picture of polished perfection in a pink Alexander McQueen suit for a busy day of engagements in London on Thursday. Kate Middleton, 41, re-wore the mood-boosting tailored two-piece with her favourite white Gianvito Rossi white leather pumps and Maria Black earrings. The princess also debuted a new accessory: a statement pearl Camilla Elphick belt which served as a playful accent to the cheerful ensemble.
The Princess of Wales is carrying out engagements to highlight the ‘importance of nurturing relationships throughout early childhood and beyond, including those outside of “traditional” parent and child settings,’ Kensington Palace explained in a release ahead of the outing. ‘Her Royal Highness’ visits will focus on the increased importance of strong, loving and consistent relationships to children who experience adversity, trauma, or bereavement in early life. The visits will highlight the experiences of those who have spent time in the care system and the experience of carers such as those who have fostered, adopted, or taken care of extended family and friends, known as kinship carers.’
