Scenic Rim Eat Local Month

Where: Scenic Rim
Just an hour’s drive from Brisbane and the Gold Coast is the rural paradise that is the Scenic Rim, which plays host to this month-long festival of food and farming. Eat your way around the region with paddock-to-plate experiences, picnics and workshops, culminating in the Winter Harvest Festival on July 1.

Mary Poppins Festival

Where: Maryborough
This magical festival celebrates the world’s most famous nanny, with Maryborough’s heritage streetscapes and riverside parks brought to life with characters and scenes from the beloved books (author P.L. Travers was born in the city). Events include a grand parade, costume competition, great nanny race, and chimney sweep challenge.

Cairns Indigenous Art Fair
