A highlight of the brand new Vivid Food program, the Vivid Chef Series is bringing together some of the best culinary talent from across the world with local heroes from top Sydney restaurants.
The line up includes London’s Jackson Boxer partnering with Fred’s head chef Hussein Sarhan to highlight NSW produce. Enjoy a five course menu running 4-7 June 2023.
Sri Lankan born Rishi Naleendra, chef at Cloudstreet, Singapore and two-hatted fine diner Yellow, collaborate to produce dishes such as baby popcorn with smoked miso and barbecued bamboo with Tuscan kale, corn and truffle. Dive into a six course vegan tasting menu from 6-9 June, both lunch and dinner options available.
Acclaimed chefs Nelly Robinson of NEL and Prateek Sadhu formerly of Masque in Mumbai will join forces to create a culinary collaboration celebrating childhood culinary memories and nostalgia. A stunning twelve-course menu is available 12-13 June.
Chef Mitch Orr, heading up Kiln welcomes L.A. based Jeremy Fox of Birdie G’s fame to bring a local produce-inspired menu with a lick of smoke from Kiln’s wood-burning grill. Made up of a five course shared menu available 13-14 June for dinner.
And brand new Bar Morris welcomes Zulu and Nguni chef Mmabatho Molefe from Cape Town to present a pioneering six-course menu rooted in Australasian, African and European flavours. Dinner seatings available 14-17 June.
