Your Halifax Mooseheads are fresh off an exciting season that saw the team reach the QMJHL Championship series for the fifth time in franchise history. League MVP Jordan Dumais headlines a large group of returning star players who have their sights set on once again contending for the Gilles Courteau Trophy in the Mooseheads’ 30th anniversary season.
The QMJHL has released the full 68-game, 2023-24 regular season schedule and your Mooseheads are set to return to Scotiabank Centre ice for the Home Opener on Friday, September 22nd versus the Charlottetown Islanders. As always, the Moose will play 34 home games and 34 road games during the season. The Quebec Remparts will come to Halifax for a rematch of the Gilles Courteau Trophy Finals on Saturday, January 13th. Other schedule highlights include the return of the Hurley Cup series versus Cape Breton, with the Mooseheads hosting the Eagles in the New Year’s Eve finale on Sunday, December 31st at 2pm. The regular season home schedule wraps up on Thursday, March 14th against the Islanders. A full promotional game schedule will be released later in the summer.
The home schedule features 10 Saturday games, eight Friday night contests, and five Sunday afternoon games.
Season Tickets are set to go on sale on Tuesday, June 6th at 11amwhile 15 Game Packs will go on sale later in June at a date to be announced.
