Fevzi’s Mediterranean Grill
As someone who lives nearby, I can’t help but rave about Fevzi’s Mediterranean Grill in Cherry Hill.
The food was not only flavorful but also catered to our different dietary preferences (one vegetarian and one mostly carnivore).
The serving sizes are generous, and the restaurant even provided a plate warmer to keep my food warm while they assembled my partner’s meal.
The atmosphere in the place is cute, and it’s always kept clean.
I’ve recommended Fevzi’s Mediterranean Grill to friends and family, and everyone has loved their experience.
If you’re looking for a delicious and refreshing meal in Cherry Hill, give this place a try.
They also have a location near the Rutgers College campus in Camden, which is a huge plus for students and faculty.
Croce Pasta & Italian Specialties
Every time I visit Croce Pasta & Italian Specialties, I feel like I’m stepping into someone’s home, and I’ve been a loyal customer for over 20 years.
Their phenomenal food never disappoints and always leaves me eager for my next visit.
Last Valentine’s Day, I decided to treat my partner to a special dinner made with ingredients from Croce.
I bought veal and chicken cutlets, broccoli rabe, cheese, rolls, and their delicious gravy.
The result?
An incredibly tasty meal that made me look like a rock star in my partner’s eyes.
Recently, my daughter and I stopped by after Christmas, and I finally had the chance to try their famous hoagies.
All three hoagies were amazing, as was the tomato pie.
I just wish I lived closer to Croce so I could enjoy their incredible Italian specialties more often.
Hong Kong Fusion
I recently had the opportunity to visit Hong Kong Fusion, a Chinese restaurant in my neighborhood that offers a unique dining experience.
The moment I stepped in, I was amazed by the contemporary space and the welcoming atmosphere.
The extensive menu offered traditional and less-familiar Chinese dishes, as well as some Thai curries.
I decided to try the shrimp and scallops dish and the string beans, both of which were delicious.
Although the seafood soup didn’t quite meet my expectations, the dumplings definitely made up for it.
They tasted handmade, and I could tell a lot of effort was put into crafting each one.
But the true highlight of my visit was the tea tasting.
The variety and flavor complexities were unlike anything I had ever experienced.
In addition to the remarkable tea and food, the service was top-notch.
You Cha Pokebowl Cafe
Just the other day, I decided to try out You Cha Pokebowl Cafe for lunch, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations!
As I walked in, I was immediately drawn to their unique menu items like roasted milk tea and messy taro tea.
The poke bowl was absolutely delicious, and the best part was being able to add as many toppings as I wanted without extra cost!
I could taste the freshness of the ingredients, and the Thai Iced Milk Tea complemented the meal perfectly.
While enjoying my meal, I noticed they also have games available for customers to play, which adds a fun and relaxed vibe to the entire cafe.
Anthony’s Creative Italian Cuisine
Anthony’s Creative Italian Cuisine is a lovely Italian restaurant located in the historic 1930s building in our town.
The homestyle Italian dining experience was elevated by the option to bring our own beverages and the warm-weather outdoor seating.
Upon arriving, my friends and I were greeted with a charming and relaxed atmosphere reminiscent of an old-school Italian eatery.
We shared a poached pear salad, which was the perfect size for the group.
For our main courses, we tried a variety of dishes, including the seafood trio with squid ink pasta and a seared ahi tuna special.
Each dish was bursting with flavor, and we were all thoroughly impressed.
The outdoor seating area provided a comfortable environment to enjoy the meal while still feeling private enough for conversation.
The Capital Grille
Just last week, I decided to treat my spouse to a fancy dinner and chose The Capital Grille in Cherry Hill as our destination.
As soon as we entered the restaurant, we were greeted with an incredible atmosphere and exceptional service.
For our first course, we tried the oysters, which, to my surprise, were delicious!
The appetizers were generously portioned and had our taste buds craving more.
The main highlight of the evening, though, was the 24oz Porterhouse steak.
It wasn’t listed on the menu, but Brynn’s description had us intrigued, so we decided to give it a try.
Let me tell you, it was absolutely worth it.
We were also impressed with the drink selection.
While the cocktails were quite strong, they were expertly crafted and complemented our meal perfectly.
Back Door Pizza
I recently had the pleasure of trying out Back Door Pizza for the first time, and let me tell you, it did not disappoint!
As someone who loves pizza, I’m always on the lookout for a new and exciting place to satisfy my cravings.
When I heard about Back Door Pizza through a friend, I knew I had to give it a shot.
The unique ordering and pickup system caught my attention right away.
All you have to do is place your order online, choose a pickup time, and then head over to the designated location.
When you get there, you simply knock on a door to pick up your pizza – how cool is that?
When I tried the pizza, I was blown away by the quality.
The crust was perfect, and the toppings were incredibly fresh.
I could easily see this pie getting a high rating if a certain pizza-reviewing internet celebrity were to try it.
Zushi Dozo Japanese Restaurant
I’ve been living in the area for quite some time now, and I’m always on the lookout for new and delicious places to eat.
Recently, I discovered Zushi Dozo Japanese Restaurant, and it has quickly become one of my favorite spots to have some authentic Japanese cuisine.
Their website showcases their fantastic menu, and I was excited to give it a try.
I was in the mood for some sushi, and Zushi Dozo did not disappoint.
The sushi rolls were incredibly flavorful, and the presentation was top-notch.
Apart from their sushi, I also tried their fried rice, which was served piping hot and tasted amazing.
The ambiance of the place is quite relaxing, and it feels like a cozy, welcoming home.
It’s not too fancy, but it’s definitely comfortable and clean.
What I love about Zushi Dozo is their unique menu items that I haven’t seen at other Japanese restaurants in the area.
My favorites so far are the Stuffed Bamboo Roll and the Trifecta Roll.
Kyuramen Cherry Hill
Kyuramen Cherry Hill has been on my radar for months, and I finally decided to give it a go.
I’m glad I made a reservation because I got a private booth, which made my dining experience even better.
The moment I entered Kyuramen, I was greeted by a sparkling clean and bright space with a charming Japanese-inspired dining room.
I was excited to dive into their menu and was pleasantly surprised to find a vegetarian ramen option.
It was served with incredibly fresh vegetables and some truly tasty tofu.
I couldn’t resist trying one of their many milk tea and bubble tea options as well – it definitely didn’t disappoint!
During my visit, I also had the chance to try their crab burger.
The service was fast and pleasant, which is always a plus for me.
Eden Korean Restaurant
Eden Korean Restaurant has become one of my favorite spots for authentic Korean cuisine.
Their menu offers a delightful variety of Korean staples, like bibimbap and chicken bulgogi, and even some Japanese sushi options.
The relaxed atmosphere makes it a go-to place for family dinners or date nights.
Their website provides you with more details on their menu and location.
During my numerous visits to Eden, I have tried almost all their dolsot variations, but I must admit that their kimchi pancake is the real showstopper.
It’s so scrumptious that I could eat it every single day!
My partner absolutely loves their chicken katsu too.
What’s even better is the amiable and attentive service we always receive at Eden.
And for those with dietary restrictions, they have a fantastic vegetarian selection as well.
Another great thing about Eden’s location is that it’s right next to the “Mochi Ring.
Mochi donuts & Korean hot dogs” restaurant.
So, after satisfying your taste buds with some delicious Korean food, you can treat yourself to some amazing Korean donuts just a few steps away.
Normas Mediterranean and Middle Eastern Restaurant
I’ve been living in this neighborhood for years, and I’ve had my fair share of dining experiences in the area.
But nothing quite compares to the delicious and authentic Mediterranean and Middle Eastern cuisine I’ve had at Normas Restaurant.
The menu is diverse, offering something for everyone – from traditional kebabs and dips to plant-based and healthy options.
On my last visit, I ordered the Tzatziki dip, marinated tomatoes, feta, olives, and the falafel appetizer.
Each dish was bursting with flavor, and I couldn’t get enough of them.
One of the highlights for me is the fact that Normas is a BYOB establishment, allowing me to bring my favorite bottle of wine to complement my meal.
The service is enthusiastic and attentive, which only adds to the overall dining experience.
Another thing I love about Normas is their attached mini-grocery, where I can pick up some of their delicious ingredients to recreate my favorite dishes at home.
MOD Pizza Cherry Hill
I have to admit, I’m quite a pizza enthusiast, so when I heard about MOD Pizza in Cherry Hill, I knew I had to check it out.
The moment I walked in, I was impressed by the industrial-chic vibe of the place.
The pizza itself was delicious, but I found it to have a bit too much cheese for my taste, so I’ll make sure to ask for less next time.
The crust, however, was perfect – with a slight char that reminded me of brick-oven pizzas.
They also offered sodas with old-fashioned bottle caps, which added to the unique experience.
Indeblue Modern Indian
When I first experienced Indian food at Indeblue Modern Indian, I was completely blown away.
I decided to try their tasting menu, and it was a culinary adventure like no other – so much flavor, an abundance of food, and absolutely scrumptious dishes.
When I visited Indeblue again with a group of friends, we enjoyed a wide variety of dishes, including an intriguing paneer dish that had a unique and delightful taste.
I also loved the lemon cashew rice – it added a perfect balance to our flavorful meal.
The ambiance and service at Indeblue are exceptional.
Sang Kee Noodle Cafe
I’ve always heard good things about Sang Kee Noodle Cafe.
One day, I finally decided to pay a visit and try out their famous noodle dishes.
I was feeling adventurous, so I went for the duck – a first for me.
I’m so glad I did because it was delicious!
The restaurant is set in a modern space with cheery yellow walls and dark wood which gave it a cozy and welcoming atmosphere.
Our food and tea came out quickly, and I was delighted by their Peking duck, served with steamed buns and sauce.
The roasted duck noodles were also scrumptious!
I also appreciate their commitment to cleanliness and their limited but healthy menu.
They even offer poke bowls, which was a pleasant surprise.
They have a few tables for dine-in, but it’s also a great option for take-out.
Han Dynasty
My favorite spot for delicious Chinese food has always been Han Dynasty.
The restaurant’s informal setting makes it perfect for a casual dinner with friends or family.
One of my all-time favorite dishes is their spicy Sichuan dan dan noodles, which are heat-rated by number, allowing me to choose the right spice level for my palate.
I’ve noticed that the dish can vary slightly in taste from visit to visit, but it never disappoints.
Their dry fry-style chicken customized with Sichuan peppercorns is to die for, especially when paired with their vegetable fried rice with extra egg.
I’ve also tried their cumin-style tofu, and it’s hands down the best tofu dish I’ve ever had.
The texture of the tofu combined with the spicy cumin crust leaves me completely satisfied.
I must mention their fried dumplings, which are just out of this world.
On one occasion, I ventured to try their chicken lo mein, which was a bit spicier than expected but still incredibly delicious.
My partner always orders beef with long peppers, and I can’t help but steal a bite or two.
The dish comes with white rice on the side, and combining the rice with the beef creates a perfect harmony of flavors.
Other restaurants nearby
Park Place (Merchantville)
Park Place is an American restaurant in Merchantville that provided me with an unforgettable experience.
From the moment I walked in, the cozy atmosphere and soft jazz music transported me to a small European bistro.
The fresh wildflowers on the table added a touch of elegance that made me feel like I was on vacation abroad, even though I was just in my own neighborhood.
The food, however, was the star of the show.
I indulged in the foie gras crepe with reduced red maple syrup and truffles, which was truly life-changing.
The presentation of each dish was a work of art, and the flavors were creative and delicious.
I couldn’t help but exclaim in awe with each bite.
But the cherry on top was the coffee.
Park Place roasts their own beans, resulting in a perfect cup to round off an amazing meal.
Li Beirut (Collingswood)
I had always been curious about Li Beirut and its Mediterranean cuisine.
One evening, I decided to give it a try, and let me tell you, it turned out to be one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a long time.
The moment I walked in, I was pleasantly surprised by the cozy and inviting atmosphere.
Despite its small and unassuming exterior, the restaurant was beautifully decorated and even offered outdoor seating for when the weather is nicer.
My companions and I opted for the $55 tasting menu, which turned out to be an excellent choice.
We were treated to an incredible array of flavors, starting with a refreshing Greek salad.
What followed was a delightful assortment of cold and warm appetizers that showcased the best of Li Beirut’s menu.
But the highlight of the evening was the mixed grill we had as our main course.
Every single meat, particularly the lamb, was cooked to perfection and bursting with deliciousness.
Dessert was another revelation – the cotton candy with ice cream was unique and tantalizing, while the baklava and sweet cream dessert left us wanting more.
Albertino’s Italian (Collingswood)
I remember the first time I stepped into Albertino’s Italian, and I was instantly impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere.
As a regular now, I can confidently say that the experience only gets better with each visit.
The family-owned restaurant has a special charm that makes it one of the best places to dine in the area.
I’ve tried numerous dishes on the menu, and I’ve never been disappointed.
My personal favorites are the artichoke appetizer and the strawberry shortcake – they are simply out of this world.
Another bonus of dining at Albertino’s is that it’s a BYO (Bring Your Own) place, so you can enjoy your favorite drinks without any hassle.
Mare Monte (Haddonfield)
Mare Monte has become one of my go-to Italian restaurants, with its outstanding ambiance, service, and food.
I love the classic Italian dishes they serve, as well as the creative daily specials they offer.
It’s always a tough decision when it comes to choosing what to order!
One thing that really stands out to me is that the food is prepared from scratch and with great care.
It never feels like they’re trying to do too much with a dish.
The fresh seafood and high-quality meats are always delicious and reasonably priced.
I remember ordering the veal chop with a side of pasta in oil and garlic during my last visit, and both dishes came out perfectly – the veal cooked just right, and the pasta not swimming in oil.
Another great thing about Mare Monte is that it’s a BYOB establishment, which my partner and I particularly enjoy.
Giumarello’s Restaurant & G Bar (Haddon Township)
I recently visited Giumarello’s Restaurant & G Bar for lunch, and the experience was pleasant.
The ambiance and decor were beautiful, and the warm-weather patio seemed like a great place to enjoy a meal.
When our food finally arrived, my dish was served at the right temperature, and the amount of Gorgonzola cheese was overwhelming.
My son’s veal dish was perfectly cooked and full of flavor.
I have to mention that we also tried a few of their specialty drinks, and they were delightful.
The shrimp wrapped in pancetta appetizer is a must-try, and their seafood de frutti in red sauce left a nice spicy kick.
The lobster ravioli and rice pudding were also quite tasty.
Final Thoughts
Cherry Hill truly offers a diverse and tasty array of dining options that I’ve had the pleasure of enjoying over the years.
